Mount Laurel Man Pleads Guilty In 2024 Hammonton Robbery

HAMMONTON, NJ.- On Thursday, April 3, 2025, Patrick Herrschaft, 54, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, appeared in Atlantic County Superior Court and pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge Bernard E. DeLury, Jr., to first-degree Robbery.
According to Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds, in return for the guilty plea, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office will be recommending that Herrschaft be sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison, subject to the No Early Release Act, which will require Herrschaft to serve 85% of his custodial term before becoming eligible for parole.
