The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe will serve as the setting for several events during the upcoming Del Mar Food and Wine Festival. The second annual festival will feature a week’s worth of events capped off by the two-day Grand Tasting at the Surf Sports Park in Del Mar on Oct. 5-6 featuring bites from celebrity chefs, local restaurants and over 200 wines, beers and spirits.
From Oct. 3-5, The Inn will host several wine seminar sessions that include blind tastings with master sommeliers, panel discussions and rare wine tastings led by national wine industry talent. Some seminars can be purchased a la carte for $200 and event packages are also available.
On Thursday, Oct. 3, the Trattoria di Prato dinner will be held under the stars on The Inn lawn from 6-9:30 p.m. The event includes a tray-passed reception in the bar, followed by a four-course Italian dinner from acclaimed chefs Rocco DiSpirito, Jackson Kalb and Jason McLeod. Tickets are $300…
