Waco to spend $39 million in 2025 improving, maintaining pavement

The Waco City Council next month is set to decide on plans to spend $39 million to upgrade and preserve Waco’s existing street network.

The capital spending is part of a long-term “pavement management” strategy that ranks street conditions as poor, fair or good and aims to improve or maintain those rankings.
