A Creedmoor man was arrested in Wake Forest Tuesday after leading police on a car chase that ended after law enforcement deployed spike strips near Wakefield High School.
Elijah Cotten, 27, was driving with a revoked license when police pulled him over on Durham Road at about 2:30 in the afternoon, Wake Forest police said.
