WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A man was arrested on Tuesday in Waterbury after police found narcotics and firearms in his residence, according to police.
Police said that they found lots of drugs, including heroin, crack cocaine and packaging materials in the apartment of 38-year-old Frankie Diaz, a convicted felon. A firearm was also found.
