WAYNE COUNTY, Mich. – Two men were arrested in connection to numerous thefts of landscape equipment in the Metro Detroit area.
Police said the suspects had been targeting landscaping crews cutting grass in the community since May 2024.
The suspects would wait until the workers were out of sight and then allegedly steal as much lawn equipment as they could from the landscape trucks and trailers. Police said the suspects would also steal the entire landscape truck and trailer if the keys were left in the vehicle…
