YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Mahoning County grand jury returned an indictment in a fatal crash case.
Brandon Kennedy is charged with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts of vehicular assault, two counts of endangering children and driving under suspension or in violation of a license restriction.
