YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — An indictment unsealed Wednesday in federal court charges eight people with selling drugs in the city while using two houses in the South Side to help them.

Named in the indictment that was issued last week in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio are Antonio L. Wright, 33; Barry S. Wallace II, 31; Keith R. Kennedy, 29; Richard A. Barnes, 46; Takeisha T. Bailey-Mills, 49; Summer E. Alderman, 48; Andre V. Hallman, 35; and James W. Wright, 45.
All the defendants except James Wright are charged with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute and distribute a controlled substance as well as other charges.
James Wright faces a single charge of using or maintaining a drug-involved premises for allowing a 335 E. Avondale Ave. home to be used to store and sell drugs between January 2023 and June 13, 2023, according to the indictment…
