Warren Harding falls to Massillon, who took control early

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Massillon Washington Friday took control early with 24 first half points while downing host Warren G. Harding, 45-14.

The Tigers (7-2) scored 10 points in the first quarter, scoring just 20 seconds into the game on a 70-yard pass from Jalen Slaughter to Braylon Toles, and they tacked on a field goal with 8:30 left in the opening frame to lead 10-0 at the end of the first quarter.

Ja’Meir Gamble increased the Tigers’ lead to 17-0 with 9:21 left in the second quarter after taking in a 21-yard screen pass. Gamble made it 24-0 on a 24-yard run with 3:52 left in the first half…
