CEDAR FALLS — Democratic incumbent Eric Giddens and Republican Dave Sires are hoping to win the seat to represent Iowa Senate District 38 in the Legislature.
The district covers Cedar Falls, Dysart, Elk Run Heights, Evansdale, Gilbertville, Hudson, La Porte City, Mount Auburn, Traer, Washburn and parts of Waterloo.
