BREMER COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) — Summit Carbon Solutions is now suing Bremer County, in the latest legal battle for their controversial carbon capture pipeline project.
Bremer joins several other counties who’ve been challenged in court over their county ordinances concerning the project.
