Contractors will be working on an intersection in Waverly throughout the week. Traffic signal work began early Wednesday morning at the intersection of 4th Street SW and 10 Avenue SW or Cedar River Parkway. While this work continues the traffic signals may be flashing red. Treat them as a stop sign, come to a complete stop before proceeding into the intersection. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the week…
