Coming in at a whopping 15,008 pounds, the North County is once again home to the World’s Largest Cheesecake.

The gigantic dessert was unveiled Saturday at the Lowville Cream Cheese Festival in Lewis County, home to Kraft Heinz’s largest Philadelphia Cream Cheese plant. A team from Kraft began making the cake Friday morning using more than 800 pounds of graham cracker, more than 300 pounds of sugar and more than 13,000 pounds of Kraft Philadelphia’s Ready to Eat Cheesecake.

The cake is nearly 11 feet wide and three feet deep. And a representative from the Guinness Book of World Records was on hand to make the declaration official…
