City of Watsonville approves affordable housing from Habitat for Humanity

WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV) — The City of Watsonville unanimously approved an affordable housing project proposed by Habitat for Humanity Tuesday evening.

The development will include 13 affordable homes for first-time home buyers with five units set aside for farmworkers, according to the proposal.
