A Davenport man is facing federal charges following an indictment for a June carjacking where he allegedly wielded a firearm—23-year-old Armoni Moody could see a minimum of seven years to a life sentence if convicted on all counts. According to the United States Attorney’s Office, the indictment includes charges of carjacking, brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
