WATSONVILLE, Calif. (KION-TV) — Watsonville City Council will be voting on a number of agenda items Tuesday afternoon.
One of these items may be a change to the city’s Cannabis Equity Program, which was adopted in 2019 to provide opportunities for people who have been negatively impacted by the war on drugs enter into the legal cannabis market, according to a city report.
