A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook, Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Boston, Massachusetts-based private equity real estate manager Long Wharf Capital has acquired 3631-3665 Commercial Avenue in Northbrook, Illinois.
The 83,720-square-foot building is fully leased to a long-term single tenant. The property is in Sky Harbor Business Park, a prominent industrial park adjacent to the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, at the intersection of I-294 and I-94.
