A Wenatchee luminary marked his 90th birthday on Wednesday among friends. Earl Tilly, former mayor of Wenatchee, celebrated with the Wenatchee Confluence Rotary, where he met with old friends and handed out Paul Harris Fellowships — a Rotary award that recognizes donors and contributors to Rotary causes.
