Cold snap puts manatees at risk in the Tampa Bay area

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — With Tampa Bay in the grip of a cold snap, local wildlife is feeling the impact.

In particular, manatees, which are highly intolerant to the cold. Several have had to be rescued.
