The Andrew Joseph Foundation will host events in Tampa next month to commemorate the life and legacy of Andrew Joseph III and all those impacted by systemic violence. The Hillsborough County 14-year-old died on Feb. 7, 2014, after attending “Student Day’’ at the Florida State Fairgrounds.
Feb. 4: A panel discussion will be held at C. Blythe Andrews Public Library, 2607 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., 6:30-8:30 p.m. Topic: Organizing for Justice: Learn from Families and Survivors of Police.
