YBOR CITY, Fla. (WFLA) – Ybor City is preparing for a massive crowd over the weekend for its annual Halloween bar crawl. The festivities take place one year after a mass shooting left two people dead and injured 16 others.
Kyla Ryker was among those injured when the shots sounded on 7th Avenue.
“I just remember hearing the gunshots, they were never-ending,” said Ryker. “I was really almost victim number three.”
