WEST MONROE, La. ( KTVE/KARD ) — The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for 14-year-old Justyce Wroten. Justyce was last seen near the Family Apartments in West Monroe, La. but she could be near Samuel Drive in Monroe, La. according to authorities.
She is described as a Black female who stands at five feet and one inch and weighs approximately 135 pounds. Justyce was last seen wearing all-black clothing.
