COLUMBUS, Ohio ( WCMH ) — A local business made sure to give dogs a free seat at the table Monday, which was National Dog Day.
The Short North restaurant and bar Townhall treated pooches to a complimentary meal off of their dog menu. The dogs got to pick between a chicken and kale bowl, and a ground beef and scrambled egg bowl.
“When they said the bowls were free, we were kind of excited with the dogs,” said Hailey O’Donnell, a dog owner. “They’ve never gotten it before, so they’re getting to try it today.”…
