COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Those needing help keeping their heating services connected or paying the bills could be eligible for one-time assistance through the state.
The Ohio Department of Development’s Home Energy Assistance Winter Crisis Program (HEAP) is meant to help those income-eligible Ohioans who are threatened with disconnection, have been disconnected, or need to establish new service.
