A suspect was critically injured when deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office resorted to gunfire while attempting to serve multiple misdemeanor arrest warrants in Gahanna yesterday. The events unfolded at the construction site for the upcoming Gahanna Municipal Complex, located at 825 Tech Center Drive, as reported by NBC4i.

During the incident, the male suspect was shot and subsequently hospitalized in critical condition, though the injuries were deemed non-life threatening. A “conflict” has been cited as the catalyst for the shooting, during which a gun belonging to the suspect was recovered at the scene.
