NORFOLK, Va. — The cargo ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore earlier this year is set to depart from Norfolk Thursday morning after spending months at the Port of Virginia.
The Dali has been docked in there since June, undergoing repairs following the deadly crash that killed six construction members.
According to the Department of Justice, the ship was originally slated to depart for China on Sept. 17. However, port officials now confirm the ship will set sail at 6 a.m…
