WRIGHTSVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in York County that left one man hospitalized.
State Police say on January 18 officers from Hellam Township Police responded to the 10 block of Wilton Circle for a welfare check on 36-year-old Lance Livengood. State Police say there were reports of a man acting erratically on Facebook Live while possessing firearms.
