WILKES-BARRE — More than two years after sustaining two gunshot wounds in her back when she confronted a suspicious man near her vehicle, Alyssa Bulford said she remains terrified of going outside.
Bulford spoke about the trauma she continues to suffer caused by Christopher Nelson Carmona, 39, who admitted to shooting her outside the Envy Nail Salon in the Pittston Crossing shopping plaza, Pittston Township, on June 2, 2022.
