A spot in the U.S. championship game of the 2024 Little League World Series was on the line Thursday for Lake Mary Little League against Henderson, Nevada .
And the Florida Little League team took it, defeating Nevada 6-3 at Howard J. Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Lake Mary didn’t take long to strike in the elimination game from the Little League World Series, as it plated four runs in the top of the first inning.
