WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Robert Cody West, a 28-year-old resident of Holly Ridge, was arrested on charges of possessing child sexual abuse material on Friday, Sept. 20.
In a press release from the town, Detective Brandi Thompson said agencies arrested West after receiving a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
