LELAND, NC (WWAY) — Mimi and Papa’s Gourmet Popcorn and Sweet Shop is a family-run small business, located off Village Road in Leland.
They have faced challenges with visibility due to restrictions on signage. To draw attention to their shop, owners Phyllis and George Murray collaborated with the Town of Leland and three local artists to create a vibrant mural.
