DAVENPORT, Fla. (WFLA) — A 32-year-old man was rearrested on Wednesday for a 2023 botched robbery that resulted in a shooting after charges were temporarily dropped.
According to Polk County Sheriff’s Office, in December of 2023, Robert Cruceta-Pimentel conspired with Harold Omar Sepulveda-Cruz, 33, to stage a robbery during an alleged drug deal.

During the illegal transaction, Cruz hid in the backseat of Cruceta-Pimentel’s car where the deal took place. When he threatened the victim he was shot and killed in self-defense, said PCSO.
