Haymarket resident Sarah Everhardt returned to the podium Friday after winning the bronze medal at the Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Wichita, Kansas.
Everhardt, 18, totaled 207.36 points over the two-day event. Amber Glenn defended her title to finish first with 216.79 points followed by former national champion Alysa Liu with 215.33. Bradie Tennell, another former national champion, was fourth to earn pewter with a score of 199.94.
