STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Stafford County deputies arrested a man who they say assaulted an Uber driver while being under the influence of alcohol.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said on Friday, just after 4 a.m., deputies responded to the Mistro Court area after an Uber driver called the police to report an assault.

The driver said he drove the passenger to his destination and when they arrived, the passenger refused to get out of the car.
The passenger assaulted the Uber driver and when deputies found the passenger, SCSO said “he was in an intoxicated state.”…
