Tom Wilson easily earns MVP against Devils

The Washington Capitals earned another thrilling win for their third in a row last night defeating the New Jersey Devils in overtime 6-5. In the victory, Tom Wilson opened up the scoring and then closed out the barn in Newark, New Jersey otherwise known as the Prudential Center.

The offense was very bad last year, in fact it was nonexistant a year ago. Now they’re scoring aplenty and Wilson led the charge. Though it was an ugly game in the second period it was a resilient win for the real red, white and blue.
