(FOX40.COM) — The Sacramento Fire Department is responding to a major accident that involved several motorcycles Sunday morning.
Around 8:44 a.m., firefighters responded to the area of westbound Highway 50, east of Highway 99 in Sacramento for a “multi-casualty” incident. A car reportedly crashed into 13 motorcycles. The circumstances of what happened are not clear, however, Sac Fire said nine people were hurt and one person was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The person was pronounced dead shortly after.
