(FOX40.COM) — The California Highway Patrol responded to a crash involving a special needs school bus Tuesday afternoon.
Around 2:30 p.m., CHP said a school bus ran a red light while making a left turn onto Fair Oaks Boulevard from Arden Way eastbound. There, it collided with a second vehicle traveling westbound on Arden Way.

The bus went on to collide with a traffic signal pole in the center median which fell on top of a third vehicle, according to CHP. Two adults in their 20s and 30s were in the second vehicle and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Officials said five students were on the bus during the incident but none were injured. CHP said the crash was not a result of driving under the influence. The cause is under investigation…
