MARLBORO TWP. − Township police are seeking the owner of a trailer that was abandoned on Alberta Beach Street NE Monday night.
The Stark County Engineer’s Office on Tuesday closed Alberta Beach Street between state Route 44 (Ravenna Street NE) and Paris Avenue NE while county crews worked to disassemble and remove the trailer. The traffic detour is state Route 173 and Route 44.
Marlboro police investigator Rudy Samaniego said the trailer must be disassembled − rather than hauled away − due to its deteriorated condition. He estimated that the trailer was built in the 1960s…
