DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Dauphin County man allegedly sent threatening text messages, saying he was going to burn and hang a woman, Troopers said in charging documents.
Jack Bailey, 22, of Millersburg, said he wants to kill the victim and that “she will burn, I’ll hang her,” in messages he sent to the alleged victim’s friend over Snapchat, the charges filed state.
