LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Wrightsville woman is facing charges after a crash in Columbia reportedly left another driver bedridden with injuries.
Shalavia Gibbons, 32, is believed to be responsible for a crash that happened the morning of July 10 on Lancaster Avenue and S. Sixteenth Street, Colombia Borough Police wrote in charging documents.
