(WKBN) – The National Weather Service has issued an extreme cold watch for local counties in the Valley due to a brutal arctic blast that will impact the area next week.
The watch is is in effect for the entire Valley.
The watch is in effect from late Sunday night through early Thursday morning. Temperatures will fall below zero multiple times next week and wind chills as cold as -25°F will be possible.
