CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – ODOT had over 1,100 crews clearing snow Monday morning. That included over 100 assigned to roads in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. It was a big storm. But unfortunately, it led to a problem that is happening too often across the state.
ODOT spokesperson Ray Marsch said three ODOT plows were hit Sunday during the height of the storm.
