YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Sentencing has been set for March 5 for a man accused of threatening a mailman .
Terry Luckey, Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; during a pretrial hearing last month. As part of the plea agreement, charges of aggravated menacing and having weapons under disability will be dismissed.
