State Troopers are investigating after a Warren woman who was reported as missing and endangered was involved in an accident with a train in Ashtabula County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol tells 21 News that a Pontiac Vibe driven by 84-year-old Beverly Romanchik ran into a train along State Road in Plymouth Township after 11 p.m. Monday.

Romanchik, who was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, had been the subject of an Endangered Missing Adult Alert earlier that evening in Trumbull County…
