Warren City Council considers solutions to rental property issues

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — Warren City Council will soon consider legislation that will hopefully decrease the number of problem rental properties in the city but to pay for it, the permit fee for landlords needs to be raised by 42 percent.

The plan was presented Tuesday afternoon to a council committee where it was decided it be forwarded to all of council for a vote.
