Warren man charged with federal drug crimes, accused of taking delivery of 36 ‘bricks’ of drugs

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Warren man who federal agents said took delivery of 36 bricks of fentanyl and cocaine has been charged with drug crimes.

A criminal complaint was filed Tuesday in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio charging Andre Bowers, 54, with attempted possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Bowers was booked into the Mahoning County Jail Monday by members of the U.S. Federal Drug Enforcement Agency after a search warrant was served at a North Park Avenue home in Warren where he was spotted by federal agents who tracked two cars being delivered from California to the home…
