Detroit Police Launch Urgent Search for Missing 14-Year-Old Daeona Kingston

The Detroit Police Department is conducting a search for 14-year-old Daeona Kingston, who has been missing since the weekend after she left her home in Detroit and did not return. In a plea for public assistance, the department has described Kingston as a Black female, around 4’11” tall and weighing approximately 115 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Last seen on Saturday, in the 16100 block of Strathmoor near Hubbell Ave. and Puritan, she was reported missing following her lack of return. The teen was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black Adidas pants, and black Crocs shoes at the time of her disappearance according to a statement obtained by WWJ Newsradio.

The Detroit Police are asking anyone with information about Daeona Kingston to contact Commander Anthony O’Rourke of the 2nd Precinct at 313-596-5240.
