In the latest airing of his “Club Shay Shay” podcast, Shannon Sharpe extended a heartfelt apology to Megan Thee Stallion. The 29-year-old rapper was a guest in the episode that aired on Monday, July 1, where the 56-year-old ex-football player expressed his remorse early in their conversation.
“Before we move ahead, I need to apologize to you personally,” Sharpe told Megan, expressing a long-held hope to engage personally, unsure if the opportunity would arise.
Previously, during a November dialogue on his “Nightcap” podcast, featuring Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, Sharpe had made controversial remarks about Megan, mentioning he would “have her stretched out like a quarter-to-three,” and crudely commented on her physical appearance in another episode that month.
